About S.P.A.R.E
The SPARE Foundation is a 501(C) 3 non-profit organization that allows single parents to continue their education by paying for their child care expense during school hours. Many single mothers and fathers cannot continue their education, because they are already struggling to pay child care expenses so they can work to provide for their families. Statistics show that education starts at home, therefore, the single parents that will be participating in our programs are setting a positive example that will result in a more promising future for their children.

Although, The SPARE Foundation motivates parents to continue their education with no extra expense up to eight hours a week; however we inspire them to become entrepreneurs. Our main focus is to motivate single parents to enroll in classes that will train them for entrepreneurship; therefore they can provide a better future for their family and create jobs for other families. Some single working parents may lack knowledge due to their extensive absence from school or change in today’s technology. Furthermore, if the parents have trouble understanding their studies, we provide experienced tutors twice a month to reassure they do not get discouraged. The SPARE Foundation is dedicated to take the steps that are needed to help overcome the economic crisis.
