Jazz Vocalist Elli Fordyce Receives A MAC Award Nomination For The Second Year In A Row

New York, NY – Jazz Vocalist Elli Fordyce receives a MAC Award nomination for the second year in a row. The Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs, NYC’s only organization dedicated to advancing the art and business of live entertainment, has recognized Elli’s newest release, “Songs Spun Of Gold,” as one of the year’s best.

To call Elli Fordyce a “singer” would be a gross understatement. Her vocal performances in “Songs Spun of Gold” have been called “evocative and relevant, inspired and inspiring,” and after hearing Elli’s debut album, “Something Still Cool,” Rob Lester wrote:

“Elli turns a lyric into something addressed personally to a listener … she unfolds the song and it becomes more and more romantic … it’s something interesting and Something Still Cool.”

Now at age 73, Elli continues to prove that she possesses vocal allure, depth and grace.

“All together, Elli Fordyce has put her gold signature on these classic Jazz favorites.” Phosphorescence Magazine

“Elli Fordyce makes a strong case that she stands out from the pack.”
