ATLANTA – Atlantans looking to kick off the summer with a quick and easy getaway are in luck! A vacation with a great soundtrack is just a short drive or flight, away at The Hangout Beach, Music & Arts Festival in Gulf Shores. The three-day festival, scheduled for Friday, May 14 through Sunday, May 16, will feature live music from favorites like Trey Anastasio and TAB, Zac Brown Band, John Legend, Ray LaMontagne, Ben Harper and Relentless7, The Flaming Lips, Alison Krauss and Union Station Featuring Jerry Douglas, directly on the sandy white beaches with the ocean painting the perfect backdrop. In addition to the Grammy-winning local boys in ZBB, Georgia will be well represented with performances by The Black Crowes, The Whigs, and The Blind Boys of Alabama.

“Watching this caliber of performers directly on the beach will truly be a unique experience. There’s just nothing like it,” says A.J. Niland, of HUKA Entertainment. “This will be one of the biggest each parties this area has ever seen.”

With beautiful oceanfront condo accommodations and the two main stages right on the beach, The Hangout Beach, Music & Arts Festival is truly a unique festival experience. Music begins at noon each day, giving festival goers time to catch the sunrise and relax on the beach, enjoy some great live music, then return to a hot shower and a comfortable bed!
