Grady Champion Nominated Contemporary Artist of the Year Jus’ Blues Awards

Blues lovers will converge upon the historic Daisy Theater in downtown Memphis, Tennessee on August 4-7, 2010 for the Jus’ Blues Awards presented by the Jus’ Blues Music Foundation.

The 2010 International Blues Challenge (IBC) winner, Grady Champion has been nominated for Contemporary Blues Artist of the Year and plans to be present for the 10th Annual Jus’ Blues Awards ceremony.

Champion turned Memphis on its ear earlier this year singing Wine & Women Don’t Mix and My Rooster Is King as he took first place among a field of international bands to win the prestigious International Blues Challenge.

Grady Champion will be vying for the top honors at the Jus’ Music Awards for Contemporary Blues Artist of the Year.
